WHY DO WE ONLY ROAST ON LORINGS?

Loring roasters also benefit from a closed-loop system, meaning the process is almost entirely automatic and self-regulating. Instead of constantly reheating the ambient air in the roaster, Lorings recirculate the heat, requiring less energy to reach ideal roasting temperatures. Nitrogen is a naturally occurring, non-reactive, food-safe gas that’s heavier than air, which forces flavor-stealing oxygen out before your bag is sealed tight.
